| . | . | MLB Baseball Ticketing Information Now that summer is upon us and Major League Baseball is in full swing, the contenders and pretenders for the World Series are starting to separate. And that means it’s time to get your baseball tickets and start planning your next trip to the ballpark. Except for the Atlanta Braves trailing the New York Mets in the NL East, most of this year’s races are going pretty much as predicted, and we could be heading for some great baseball later this season as the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox battle it out in the AL East. But if you want to be there to see those games at Fenway Park and Yankee Stadium, you might want to get your Red Sox tickets and Yankees tickets now. In the NL Central, St. Louis Cardinals ticket holders still have their eyes on World Series tickets despite the injury to superstar Albert Pujols. But with Roger Clemens returning for one final season, suddenly Houston Astros tickets are a hot item and the Cardinals need to watch their rearview mirror. Mets tickets have also been in demand this season as their big payroll seems to be finally paying off with victories, and New York baseball fans are already thinking about World Series tickets and a possible Subway Series. Sport Rosters Of course San Francisco Giants tickets were hot while Barry Bonds was chasing Babe Ruth on the all-time home run list, and now that he has moved past The Babe he can continue to inch toward Hank Aaron’s 755 mark as the Giants hang in the NL West race with the L.A. Dodgers. Back in the American League, it’s anyone’s guess who will take the AL West with Texas and Oakland both hovering around .500, and of course you can’t forget about the World Champion Chicago White Sox, although they have an unexpected AL Central divisional battle to win with the Detroit Tigers. We all know it pays to plan ahead, so before ticket prices shoot up for the decisive games later this year, maybe you can save a little money by getting your MLB tickets now. And you still have time to buy MLB All-Star Game tickets at PNC Park in Pittsburgh. If your team is still a contender at this point, start making plans for MLB playoff tickets and hopefully World Series tickets this October. After all, if the Red Sox and White Sox can finally win a World Series after each going nearly a century without a championship, surely your team can get there this year (maybe even the Cubs).
